We had our A Creative Bunch team meeting earlier this week and (among other things) shared what we created for this month’s creative challenge. Last month we all received a glassine envelope filled with goodies from Ruth, my upline. The challenge was to create something using the supplies in the envelope.
Here’s what we had to work with:
- Cardstock: Real Red, Bermuda Bay, Whisper White, textured Basic Black
- DSP: The new two step bird punch (available in the Occasions mini until April 30)
- Accessories: Whisper White Organza Ribbon, Clips Assortment
The best part of this job is seeing how five people create 5 very different projects with the same supplies.
And I made two cards with the supplies.
I’m not sure if I “cheated” by adding the old olive ribbon to my first card
The second card I used about 15″ of the ribbon to make this great flower. The Bermuda Bay ribbon came from the belly band around the glassine envelope of supplies.
Here are the cards that the rest of the team created.
Heather used the Bermuda Bay and Real Red card stock and the paper weaving technique.
Pam used the new Pinking Hearts punch (which is only available until April 30th).
Here’s Jan’s card.
